The new carry-out facility situated in the heart of Grove, is a state-of-the-art establishment meticulously designed to cater to the fast-paced demands of the modern food industry. The 1,200 SF Metal Building is beautifully enhanced with an Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) and an eye-catching brick facade. The facility consists of a fully-equipped commercial kitchen with top-of-the-line amenities, complemented by a welcoming lobby pickup area and a seamlessly integrated double drive-through for ultimate customer convenience.
As the general contractor, we self-performed all concrete work, including the construction of the foundation, parking lot and other concrete elements for the new facility. Additionally, we built a new detention pond, ensuring effective stormwater management on the site.
