LDKerns was selected as Construction Manager for the new construction of the Northeast Tech Claremore Maintenance Facility. Located at 1901 North Highway 88 in Claremore, OK, this facility is a new build of 6,716 square feet. This project is currently under construction and will be complete Summer 2022. When finished, this facility will be used as an area to provide standard maintenance to the fleet of vehicles for all campuses. The building contains: 1 vehicle work bay, 2 bus work bays, 1 drive-through bus wash bay along with 2 offices, break room, equipment room, covered outdoor storage area, and a safe room for weather.
