Oklahoma Military Department, Thunderbird Challenge Program
LDKerns was the Construction Manager for two renovation projects the Oklahoma Military Department, Thunderbird Challenge Program in Pryor, OK. Both projects Barrack Renovations of Building #306 and Barrack Renovations of Building #310, included renovations of: Sleeping Barracks,
Showers and Latrine, Community Room, Storm Shelter, Laundry Room, Counseling Office, Cadre Station and Outside Community Spaces. This also included new HVAC, plumbing, electrical system, fire suppression system, flooring, paint and latrine upgrades.
These renovations were significant to the Thunderbird Challenge Program to maintain the existing facility to house cadets at the facility. The end result – a transformation of Barracks Building Number 306 and Barracks Building Number 310 into upgraded housing accommodations for cadets.
