The Villages of A New Leaf
The Village is an expansion of A New Leaf’s services to serve individuals with developmental disabilities and autism living in Green Country. The Village is safe and affordable housing designed to create a pathway of independence and consistency of care to maximize the personal choice of the individual. The Village will expand both vocational training, residential services, and behavior support programs, allowing A New Leaf to serve more clients. The Village is an Agrihood, a community built around a farm. The project consists of complete site preparation and infrastructure including site utilities, paving, and landscaping. Building construction includes 9 wood framed structures for housing, administration and community gathering: 3 PEMB structures for Dining Hall, Retail Center and Maintenance for a total square footage of 67,000 sq ft.
