LDKerns Contractors partnered with ASCO Equipment to deliver a new state-of-the-art dealership and service facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Situated on approximately 25 acres, the project was designed to support ASCO's growing equipment sales, parts distribution, and service operations throughout the region. The facility includes a modern administrative office and customer showroom, a dedicated parts warehouse, wash bay facilities, and a large multi-bay service shop capable of accommodating heavy equipment maintenance and repair operations. The project also incorporated extensive site development, including utility infrastructure, stormwater detention systems, paving, landscaping, and fire protection systems. LDKerns coordinated all phases of construction, delivering a facility that combines operational efficiency, durability, and a strong customer-facing presence. The completed campus provides ASCO with a comprehensive service and support hub designed to meet the demands of the heavy equipment industry while allowing for future growth and expansion.
